Shipping Charges
The shipping / handling charges applicable on each product are specified on the Website. In the event any additional charge(s) (whether on account of special delivery requests, redelivery requests or otherwise) are payable on a product, the same will be communicated to you, by email, prior to dispatch of your order. Underwaterscapes reserves the right to withhold delivered of products for non-payment of such additional charges.

It may take minimum 7 working days to maximum 30 working days for the products to reach your address.

Delivery of your Order
Your order maybe delivered in multiple packages. In such an event we request you to pay for only that package as has been received by you. At the time of delivery, please inspect the outside packaging to ensure that there is no physical damage. If damaged, do not accept delivery of the order and immediately get in touch with us
